您好!受上游中国联通及中国电信运营商网络故障影响，香港及部分地区回国方向的网络线路出现异常。此次故障主要影响四海云部分云服务器产品，部分业务可能出现访问延迟升高或短时中断的情况。
为营造稳定快速的服务器体验，我司已在第一时间与相关运营商取得联系，并全力配合对方进行排查与修复，我们在第一时间对出现网络波动延迟的服务器进行了无缝切换，更换修复了更好的线路，可能在本月这个特殊期间，网络可能会还出现间歇性波动，如有变换更改IP的清空，我们会第一时间予以通知，亦会持续跟进网络服务进展，并及时向您同步最新情况。

Dear Sihai Cloud Customer:
Hello! Due to network outages by upstream operators China Unicom and China Telecom, network lines from Hong Kong and some other regions to mainland China are experiencing abnormalities. This outage primarily affects some Sihai Cloud cloud server products, and some services may experience increased latency or brief interruptions.
To provide a stable and fast server experience, we have contacted the relevant operators immediately and are fully cooperating with them in troubleshooting and repair. We have seamlessly switched servers experiencing network fluctuations and latency, replacing and repairing them with better lines. During this special period this month, intermittent network fluctuations may still occur. If there are any changes to IP addresses, we will notify you immediately and will continue to monitor network service progress and keep you updated on the latest situation.
